Great food and great service. We are always impressed when we eat here. It was some of the best service we've had in a long time at a restaurant.

Food is wonderful. My favorite is the green goddess! It was busy and we had to wait a while because we wanted to sit outside but they did their best to keep us informed and get us a table as soon as they could.

This place is outrageous! The bar food in this place was really delicious; we were so impressed! Everything was beyond my expectations. The portions were generous, and I will be back again to try something different!

Great food, great service! Pizza is 9/10. Nachos are the best I have ever had! It has music it's lil loud ( I didn't mind) so if you looking for quiet place it might not be here at night. but the food is a must!

If you're in Sandy, Utah and find yourself in dire need of pizza, beer, and a rollicking good time, Slackwater is the place to be. I went there expecting a good slice, and left with my mind blown like a balloon at a kid's birthday party. Let's talk about their beer list first - it's crazier than a squirrel on espresso. With so many options, I felt like a kid in a candy store, except the candy was beer, and I was a very thirsty adult. Now, let's get to the main event: Samantha, the bartender extraordinaire. If there's an award for the best bartender this side of the Mississippi, just hand it over to her now. She's got more charisma than a stand-up comedian at a pizza convention. Samantha picked my beer with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker and the flair of a Las Vegas magician. I don't know what kind of sorcery she uses, but her beer choices were pure magic. And the food - oh, the food! The pizza was so good it made my taste buds sing "That's Amore." The wings were the perfect balance of crispy and juicy, like they were auditioning for a role in a food commercial. And the half salad? It was so fresh, it probably moonlights as a motivational speaker for other salads. If you're in Sandy and looking for a place where the beer flows like a river, the pizza is heavenly, and the bartender is a legend, head to Slackwater. It's a slice of paradise in the heart of Utah!

I'd come back just for the swatch YourGarlic Breath appetizer!I LOVE roasted garlic. If you haven't tried roasted garlic you are missing out. Roasting it takes all the bite out of it and you're left with creamy deliciousness. The California Sunrise pizza is just the right combination of chicken, bacon and avocado. So good! Cool, laid back, family friendly atmosphere. We were here for lunch but some evenings have live music as well as the great food. Service was prompt and friendly. Easy access with plenty of parking. We will return when in the area.

We've been here a few times and it's always been a solid go-to. Today we ordered the bloody sake (knock off Bloody Mary made with sake) which was a 6/10. We also ordered the passion fruit mimosa.. which was very much on the sweet side, 4/10. The green goddess pizza is a 9/10 in my book and quite possibly the best pizza in the south part of the valley. Overall slack water is a gem here in Herriman and easily beats out any "bar and grill" competition around. A nice treat is to stop by for brunch. Their breakfast pizza Za za za is another 8-9/10 option! Highly recommend this place!

Awesome place to get an off the wall beer. Do you want a pickle favored beer they have it. The pizza selection is amazing. I have been here 4 times, and each time, I tried something different.

The food was great and our server was fast. My only complaint would be the wait time. We called ahead and got our party (of six, so nothing gigantic) on the list. We still waited for an hour outside before we were seated. This was just on a normal Wednesday night. Great food, but beware the fate of your plans after the restaurant if you've got other things scheduled.

A coworker and I stopped in here this evening. Late lunch early dinner... Had a good bit of people and parking lot outside was full. Tried the P-B-L Soup. Loved it! The curry soup was also good, I tried a bite. I did the Hawaiian pizza. Will be back!
